Terms
This page covers the rules of using edocrq.
These are the terms that govern your use of edocrq, written in plain English. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions? Email support@edocrq.com.
What we promise
- QR redirects never expire — not after 30 days, not if you cancel a paid plan, not if you delete your account.
- No edocrq branding is added to QR codes on any tier.
- Unlimited dynamic and static QR codes on every tier, including Maker (free).
- Cancellation drops you to Maker. Codes keep redirecting. You have 30 days to export detailed scan data before it is purged.
- Account deletion removes your account record. Redirect records remain so codes you printed in the world keep working.
What we ask of you
- Don't use edocrq for phishing, malware distribution, or to redirect to illegal content.
- Don't try to abuse the free tier with mass automated account creation.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits and plan gates.
We may suspend accounts that violate the above without notice. Active redirect records may remain functional at our discretion to protect downstream users from broken codes.
Pricing and billing
Plans, prices, and feature lists are on the pricing page. Stripe handles all payments. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months — you keep your paid features through the end of the current billing period.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and operate on Cloudflare's global network. We do not currently publish a formal uptime SLA. Status and incident notes will be posted at /support when relevant.
